How long does delivery take?
We deliver Pan India, usually within 3 to 7 working days. You'll get tracking once your lamp ships.
Do you charge for shipping?
No, delivery is free across India on every order, with no minimum.
Do you ship to my city?
Yes, we ship to every pincode in India. Enter your address at checkout and we'll take it from there.

Ways to pay, and the COD surcharge.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across India. You can also pay online via UPI, cards or net banking.
Why is the COD price higher?
COD orders carry a small +20% handling surcharge to cover cash-collection and higher return costs. Pay online to skip it.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your card details.

How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your cart and checkout on the site, or simply DM us on Instagram @dropzilla.inn with the lamp you love and we'll take it from there.
How do I track my order?
Head to our Track Order page and enter your order ID, or check your account order history if you signed in.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out on Instagram as soon as possible with your order details, if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns, damages and looking after your lamp.
What's your return policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns or replacement on damaged or defective items. Just message us on Instagram with your order details.
My lamp arrived damaged, what now?
We're so sorry! Send us a photo on Instagram within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
How do bulbs and care work?
Most lamps use a standard E27 warm-white LED holder; projector and mood lamps have built-in LEDs. See our Care & Setup guide for details.
