We want you to love your lamp. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it good.
7-day returns & replacement
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return or free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
How to request
- Message us on Instagram at @dropzilla.inn within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details and a clear photo/video of the issue (an unboxing video helps us process faster).
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Made-to-order and customised pieces are eligible only if damaged or defective on arrival.
- Minor handmade variations are not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
